01. The advertiser and offerWrite down the business responsible for the ads, your product or offer URL, and the countries you want to reach. Explain regulated or restricted offers before an order is accepted.
02. Account ownership and accessAsk who owns the ad account and which roles your team receives. Confirm whether Pages, business portfolios, pixels or datasets are included, and who retains administrator access. Use authorized business access rather than sharing personal passwords.
03. Account requirementsConfirm the account quantity, billing currency, time zone, and expected spend. Ask which settings can be changed later and which limits depend on the platform or account.
04. The total costSeparate the service fee from advertising spend, funding or top-up fees, payment charges and taxes. Ask for an itemized written quote. Compare equivalent scope instead of the headline price alone.
05. Funding and billingConfirm how money reaches the ad account, when it becomes usable, who can see the balance, and how billing issues are handled. Ask what happens to unspent funds if you stop using the service.
06. Delivery and launch readinessAgree what must be provided before delivery and how account access will be confirmed. Check that your landing page, creative, tracking setup and business details are ready before planning a launch date.
07. Support responsibilitiesClarify the contact channel, support availability and which tasks you manage yourself. Ask who investigates access faults, funding delays and platform restrictions.
08. Continuity and restrictionsAsk what happens if an account or asset becomes unavailable, what replacement terms cover, and which exclusions apply. Treat platform reviews and ad approvals as separate from an access service.
09. Cancellation and refundsRead the renewal date, notice period and refund terms before paying. Ask how to give notice and what written confirmation you will receive. For a one-time package, confirm the scope and continuity terms in writing.
10. A written scopeKeep the quote, account owner, permissions, agreed fees, support responsibilities and any delivery conditions together. Resolve unclear points before you place an order.
