The price beyond the monthly fee.

Compare service fees, top-ups, payment costs, and renewal terms before committing.

Start with the same scope

A low monthly price tells you little until you know what the service includes. Write down the account owner, permitted access, account count, funding method, currency, time zone, and support responsibilities. Compare proposals against that same list. An access subscription and a service that also processes advertising funds may have different costs and obligations.

Separate three amounts

Ask for an itemized example separating the service fee, money available for advertising, and transaction costs. A percentage may apply to deposits, media spend, or another base. A minimum fee might replace the percentage calculation or be charged in addition. Currency conversion and payment-provider charges can change the final amount. Ask whether quoted prices include applicable tax; do not infer a tax treatment from a currency symbol.

Work through a real pricing example

Atabex’s public pricing page lists €175 per month plus 3% per top-up for Standard accounts and 4% for EU accounts. With €10,000 in top-ups, the arithmetic is €475 or €575 in service and top-up fees, before any other applicable costs. That does not establish the net advertising balance: ask whether the fee is deducted from the transfer or paid separately. These are published prices, not an endorsement or a claim that the services are equivalent to Afan’s. Source: Atabex pricing.

Check the second month before the first

Record the renewal date, cancellation deadline, and whether unused access creates a refund entitlement under your agreement. Also ask what happens to funds remaining in an advertising account after the subscription ends. Cancelling a service and withdrawing a balance are separate requests; one should not be assumed to complete the other.

What Afan currently publishes

Single is €100/month for one account; Starter is €200/month for five. Monthly cancellation notice must arrive at least ten days before the subscription period ends, or the succeeding month’s invoice applies. Lifetime is €2,000 paid once, with scope and limits requiring a written agreement before payment. Wise and Payoneer are service-payment options, not confirmation of how advertising spend is funded. Request the complete proposal and read the service terms. For a percentage or minimum-fee quote, use the comparison tool only where its stated formula matches that quote.
