A payment receipt is only one checkpoint
A bank or payment app marking a transfer complete does not tell you whether an advertising account has usable funds. Treat payment sent, payment received, payment matched to the order, and budget available as distinct checkpoints. Ask which one has been reached before sending another payment. A duplicate transfer can create another reconciliation problem instead of fixing the first.
Why this deserves a written process
Public customer reviews show how funding delays can become support issues. An AdRevival reviewer reported a delay between receipt and allocation and difficulty getting it corrected; other reviews on the same page describe fast top-ups and helpful support. These are individual, unverified accounts, not an estimate of the provider’s typical performance. They suggest a useful buying question: who owns a delayed allocation and how will progress be communicated? Source: customer reviews on Trustpilot.
Ask when the clock starts
A headline processing time is incomplete without its starting point and operating hours. Does the clock start when you send money, when cleared funds arrive, or after manual approval? Ask for the applicable time zone, weekend and holiday coverage, minimum deposit, and what happens outside those hours. An average is not a guaranteed deadline. Request a separate escalation route for a missed commitment.
Build a useful support request
Include your order reference, payment reference, amount, currency, destination account identifier, and the time you sent the transfer. State the last confirmed checkpoint and request the next update time. Share payment evidence through the agreed private support channel with unrelated balances and personal details redacted. Do not send passwords or full card information. Keep one incident thread so the payment and support teams work from the same record.
Plan around the confirmed arrangement
Before a time-sensitive launch, agree on the funding process and a contingency for delayed availability. Verify any changed payment beneficiary through a previously established contact channel before transferring. With Afan, ask whether your proposed arrangement uses direct advertiser funding or another agreed method; Wise or Payoneer availability alone does not answer this. Afan does not publish a universal instant-top-up or weekend-processing guarantee. Put the relevant funding and support commitments in the written order, using the buyer checklist to keep track.
