OUR START
Afan began operating in July 2025 in Cauayan, Negros Occidental, Philippines. The business is owned and led by Daniel T. Tej.

A CLEAR DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITY
A package is the starting point. The written order defines what you receive and the responsibilities on each side.
Depending on the agreed arrangement, this may be partner access to an agency-owned ad account or authorized access to a personal/business-owned advertising account. Ownership stays with the account owner. We do not sell profiles, passwords, or account ownership.
Compare the access arrangementsYou create and manage your ads, funding, creative, claims, and landing pages. Your advertising must meet Meta’s Advertising Standards and any applicable permissions. Meta decides ad approval; Afan is an independent service provider.
Check your offer’s requirementsConfirm account ownership and permissions, currency and funding, delivery timing, support, all charges, and the treatment of access faults and unused advertising funds.
Service payments are accepted through Wise or Payoneer. Ask for an itemized invoice and review the cancellation and refund terms first.

Define the covered service, duration and limits in writing.
Discuss LifetimeSingle and Starter renew monthly. Give at least 10 days’ notice before your current subscription period ends to cancel; otherwise, the succeeding month’s invoice applies. Lifetime is a one-time fee with scope agreed before payment. Advertising spend is separate; confirm applicable taxes and payment charges in your written quote.
